7 flights 5 beaches 3 countries 2 equator crossings And 1 missed flight later… WE ARE HOME! Whew. From Thailand to Malaysia to Indonesia to southern Thailand and finally back home in the north of Thailand, we have had a whirlwind couple of weeks. In the coming days, we hope to blog about a few of our favorite experiences from this trip, including:
- Insider tips for Chiang Mai’s lantern festival (edit: added link)
- Visiting orangutans in Borneo (edit: added link)
- One spectacular day in Bali (edit: added link)
- A perfect island getaway (edit: added link)
- Travel lessons learned (edit: added link)
- The first ever RotR Awards…stay tuned for this one, should be fun 😉 (edit: added link)
- Budget breakdown for 2 weeks in SE Asia
- And of course general overviews for each destination (edit: read about Borneo, Bali, Gili Air, and Ko Lanta here)
In the meantime, check out our Instagram profiles (mine here // David’s here) for a little taste of the trip.
So looking forward to your next posts 😀
